Accompanying Person(s) per Guest

In your guest list you can individually define how many accompanying persons each individual guest can bring along. For example, this may be useful if you would like some of your guests to have the option to bring along accompanying persons but not others. You can do this by following these steps:

1. First set the number of maximum allowed accompanying persons per guest for your event in the event settings. How you can do that is described in this article. This number corresponds to the number of accompanying persons, which a guest may take with them.

2. Then, in the Excel, you will define the number of allowed accompanying persons per guest. The Excel will then be uploaded in eyevip as a guest list - or you can directly define the number with the respective guests in the guest list. The highest possible number of allowed accompanying persons for a guest is the number you have defined in the first step in the event settings as the maximum number allowed.

For example: If you have entered the number "3" in the event settings as the maximum number of accompanying persons, you can allow each guest either 0, 1, 2 or a maximum of 3 accompanying persons in the guest list.

The corresponding column in the Excel is called "Max. Comp.". In this column you simply enter the number of accompanying persons allowed for the respective guest.

If you want to make the setting directly in eyevip in the guest list, you can simply enter the values in the column Max. Accompanying Persons  or change via mass data processing.
