Hidden Fields

Over the Form Editor  you can also integrate a Hidden Field into the registration form. To do this, simply use the drag and drop function by dragging the custom field into your registration form to the left. The hidden fields are useful especially if you have certain information that you do not want to be made visible to everyone. This could include anything from an internal personnel number, cost center, or company, etc. This information can then readily be downloaded in your Excel during or after the event. 

Important: Hidden fields are not displayed to guests in the registration form. However, this field is later displayed as a column in the Excel download of the guest list.

Upon completion, always save your changes before exiting the window or browser (bottom right).
