Create New Event & Copy Events

An event can be created with eyevip within a few minutes. There are two options for the creation of an event.

Create New Event

If you are in the event overview, you can create a new event using the button +Event on the top right corner. Click on the button which will open a pop-up. From there you go through 6 steps to create a new event. The video below will guide you through these 6 simple steps:

Should you wish to make changes after having created your event, you may do so by selecting your event over the Event Overview (by clicking on the blue event name).‚Äč This will guide you to the event dashboard. From there you can navigate through various settings. To obtain basic information, like how to change the event name and event date, you must edit the general information under Settings.

Copy Past Events

Should you have a re-occuring annual event, you can easily copy its attributes to be used for a new event. 

You can do this after having logged into your eyeVIP account on your Event Overview. Simply click on the blue icon () to the right of the event you want to copy. A pop-up will open prompting you to copy the event. Simply enter the new event name and select those attributes you would like to copy:

  • Location
  • Documents
  • Users
  • Templates
  • Content
  • Forms
  • Guests 

Upon making your selection, click on the green button Copy Event on the bottom right of the pop-up to save. Your new event will now be displayed in the Event Overview.
