Check-in & Attendance

Manage on-site event check-in and guest attendance:

You can find the digital check-in list in the menu of the eyevip under Check-in. Check-in is usually used on-site at the event on a tablet for admission control.

The default settings show all guests with the status accepted (should you want to view other guests with other status' you can use the drop-down to filter for these).

Alternatively, you can search for guests using the search function on the top right.

To confirm the presence of a guest, simply tick the box on the left of the list entry (the guest will then be saved as present in the system).

If a guest that has not registered with you, you can easily add them via + Guest found on the top right.
