Settings

To enable guests to register for your event without a personal invitation, simply activate the switch under Settings and Online Registration. You can do this either upon event creation or choose to do so after the event has already been created. 



Public events only require you to define the following parameters: 
 

  • Max. Number of Accompanying Person(s) per Guest w/out Invitation
  • Sender (important for the automatic dispatch of the registration confirmation)


Please remember to save your work after defining the settings.

Note: Within an event it is possible to send personal invitations and have guests register over a public registration form (Example: all VIP guests are personally invited and can bring accompanying persons; all unknown guests that were made aware of the event via the link on a website and may not bring accompanying persons).
