Guest List

Have your guests registered via the registration form you will see their selection in the Guest List in the Event column.


Should a guest call you to register for an event, you can manually enter the information for the respective guest. To do this, simply use the blue pencil () on the right-hand side of the guest's information and select the desired event via the radio buttons in the pop-up window.




Note: An event selection is mandatory - both in the guest registration form and when manually entered in the tool to reflect a status that is no longer set to "invited".


The column Event is also available to you in the Excel download, enabling you to use it for reporting or for use of the event department.
