eyevip enables role and rights management across various authorization levels. Users are only granted access to edit, create, or delete areas within the event where they are authorised to.

To simplify and allow for greater usability, it is recommended that user rights be organised according to responsibilities, functions, and competencies within your organization:
 

The Event Manager
The Event Manager is given accessibility to all data related to the event. This includes content editing and sending guest invitations.
The Copywriter
The Copywriter is given accessibility to edit content, with the guest invite function disabled. As a result, copywriters are not able to invite guests.
The Secretar
The Secretary is given accessibility to invite guests, with content editing disabled. Secretaries manage their own guest lists, without being given access to see guests from other users.
